Charge 6 - Not tracking calories accurately

Good morning,

I recently purchased my Fitbit charge 6 about a month and a half ago. The Fitbit has been operating correctly up until a few days ago. The calorie tracker is not accurately tracking calories burned. I burn on average 130 calories an hour. The calorie tracker has been showing 26 to 32 calories an hour for the past few days. I have done the following:

1. Completely disconnected the charge 6 from Bluetooth, and reset the charge 6.

2. Disconnected the charge 6 from my Fitbit app, signed out of the Fitbit app, and reset my iPhone.

3. Updated the charge 6 software.

4. Restarted my iPhone, initiated the Fitbit app, reconnected the charge 6.

Nothing above worked and the charge 6 is still tracking 26 to 32 calories burned every hour. Is there anything else that I am missing or can do to fix this problem? It does accurately track calories burned when i initiate a workout such as a walk or spinning.

I'm having the same issue. Really disappointed in Google's lack of support on this issue. I've done everything you mentioned as well to no avail.

Yep, same issue here. Calories data completely wrong, no sleep tracking, health metrics not registering. Massive frustration!

The same issue here also. After the initial sync, the calorie count will typically decrease by about 60 calories.  This is very frustrating. It started when I moved my account from fitbit.com to Google. My next tracker will definitely not be a fitbit or anything related to Google.
