I have been using the Fitbit Charge 6 watch for a year and half.

But now Fitbit Charge 6 is not switching on.

Not charging either.

Need support ..

Thank you for letting us know that your Charge 6 is not turning on. 

  • Could you tell us if your monitor reacts at any time? For example by connecting it to the charging cable. Does it make a good connection? Does it vibrate? Can you see something on the screen?
  • How long do you charge your Fitbit?
  • How do you charge your monitor regularly? Do you connect it to a computer or use a wall connection?
  • Are the green lights on the back on?
  • When you press the button for 3 seconds, does it vibrate?
  • Did you try to perform a restart? 

Additionally I suggest to verify if your app, phone or watch have any update available.
