Charge 6 - Phone GPS not mapping

Charge 6 doesn’t provide map of a walk when using phone GPS, any ideas. Tried everything setting and option available. Maps works on Dynamic & Charge 6 GPS (which shows distorted maps) but not using my iPhone GPS.

Thank you, but no help here. Charge 6 connects to iPhone GPS and documents
all data in the app but does not display a map of the route.

thanks for sharing with me new updates about your situation with of the distorted GPS map on your device. For further assistance I can recommend you to check your GPS signal acquisition and stability: wait until GPS is connected before starting an exercise to ensure a stable signal.

@GregDoug   I think I'm reading your post different from the moderator.  Are you tapping on the green "+" button on the Fitbit app, then Start exercise in the Track live section?  If so, please make sure these settings for the Fitbit app are correct on your iPhone.  Make sure your Location is set to Always, not While Using.  Make sure your Background App Refresh and Cellular Data are on.
