Charge 6 RHR twice as high as Charge 2

IMG_6784.jpeg

Just upgraded from the Charge 2 to the Charge 6. I wore my Charge 2 to the doctor’s office this week and was able to confirm that it gives the EXACT same heart rate reading as a blood pressure cuff. My Charge 6, however, thinks my resting heart rate is double what the Charge 2 says. This is pretty consistent, each worn on both wrists, inside and out, and each time the Charge 6 comes up with a number nearly double that of the charge 2. Thought this was supposed to be the most accurate heart rate monitor Fitbit makes? My resting heart rate SHOULD be in the 50’s or 60’s, not 120+

@TriggaTri13 -- After you've been sitting two or three minutes both should be within a few beats of each other. If that is not the case, I would suggest restarting the CH6 (swipe down to settings, tap, and then swipe up until you get to 'restart' and tap). If you are still having problems confirming that you are on the latest firmware.
