I have been having issues with the text notifications not notifying me when I have a text on my fitbit so I contacted customer services the told me how to update it etc. still doesnt work.. I hate this fitbit wish I would have never bought it..

Sad to hear that you're having an issue getting phone notifications on your Charge 6.
