So I updated my Charge 6 this morning (on Android) now the repeating alarms are showing grey with a cross and the only way I can have them on is to have a 1 time alarm any ideas?
I've restarted the watch uninstalled the app on my phone and check DND and sleep mode and neither are on.

Still an issue for me too! Just happened to me this morning and was late for work.

Yep, it’s still a problem. Pretty pathetic considering the amount of feedback on it. After ten years of using Fitbit products, this will likely be my last.

Yes, still an issue for me too. Have tested several times, repaired, reset both devices, done allllllll the suggested fixes. Come on now. It's getting a bit silly now isn't it Fitbit/Google. It's been years sort it out.

I’m having the same issue with my new Inspire 3. Still works fine on my old Luxe but not on my new watch🤦🏼:female_sign:. Fitbit/Google when will this get a fix?

The fact that this is still a bug after an entire year is insane. I have used fitbit since 2014 but I'm going to just download all my data and go to another smart watch like garmin. I just got this charge 6 and the fact that this has been a problem for so long is crazy

When is this getting fixed? The alarm was the reason I bought this Fitbit.
A year later and this still happens?
It worked fine and now it stopped working fine.

In for updates. Sometimes my alarms work. Most of the time they do not. Several times I've been awake but just laying in bed waiting for the alarm and it just never happens. This applies to recurring alarms, both fixed time and smart wake alarms.
