Charge 6 SPO2 tracker not available

In the United States and just bought a charge 6 but spo2 tracker says not available to install. 

Running on a Motorola Razr. 

Is it not available for Moto users?

Just to confirm on your Charge 6 do you see the SPO2 app installed?
In the Fitbit App what do you see when you tap on your profile picture > Charge 6> Gallery? Is it here where the SPO2 app is not available?

Or the tracker asks you to install the SPO2 app after you already have installed it?
