Charge 6 - Screen issue.

After half a year of using Charge 6, the screen stopped working correctly. It shows continuous ripples. In rare cases, everything returns to normal, but now I often see pale gray noise on the screen. It's a shame, I expected more reliability from Google gadgets. There was no mechanical damage, it's just that at one point the screen started glitching.

Hi @EricDerden and welcome back to the forums.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some troubles regarding the screen of your Charge 6.

This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I can understand your feelings about this situation.

I suggest you to try some steps:

Sync your device: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
(Please try the charging cable restart procedure).

Change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
(Please choose a Fitbit clock face).

Unfortunately, nothing helps. I did everything listed. The screen remains unreadable, only flickering with gray stripes. I hope this problem is provided for by you for compensation, since my Charge 6 only existed for 6 months. Can you describe how I can send it to you for diagnostics and troubleshooting, or compensation for the fitbit?

If that were happening to me, I would take the goods back to the place where I bought it, together with proof of purchase. I would expect a replacement new device as the initial purchase should still be under warranty. and I would be legally entitled to a replacement or refund..

Hello @EricDerden

Since you tried the recommended troubleshooting without success and you've have your Charge 6 for less than a year, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link) regarding your options under warranty. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
