Charge 6 - Serbia issues (payments, SpO2, ECG don't work)

Hi all,
I have high hopes with Charge 6 but there are several big issues for me living in Serbia:

1. Payments
   1. Even though on official page it is stated that I can use Google wallet with Charge 6 and that I us it successfully on the phone, I can't use it on Charge 6
   2. On Charge 6 I get information that I need to configure it on mobile, but on mobile there is no option for that
   3. I read somewhere that this is actually Fitbit pay and not Google wallet, but that is not what I pay for
2. SpO2
   1. I don't have the app in the mobile app gallery
   2. When I check health metrics it says that it should be available for me
   3. When I find the app in the web browser and click install it opens mobile app. I click install in the mobile app and it started but never ended
3. ECG
   1. I don't have the app in the mobile app gallery

Do you have any advice how to move forward?

Hello @Prokka and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but I have bad news for you.

• You can't set up or use contactless payments, because there are no Serbian banks on the Google Wallet for Fitbit Bank List.  I think the Charge 6 is like my Sense 2.  It was pre-loaded with Fitbit Pay and it I needed to do a simple update.  This won't help you, either.  There are no Serbian banks on the Fitbit Pay Bank List, either.
• SpO2 is one of the Health Metrics and isn't available in all countries.  Serbia isn't on the Health Metrics country list.
• The ECG app and Irregular Rhythm Notifications are medically regulated and not available in Serbia.  ECG app country list 

You might be able to use the SpO2 and ECG by using a VPN to mask your location.  I can't confirm, since I am in the US.  There is nothingyou can do about contactless payments if there are no banks in your country.
