Free premium

I bought a charge 6 after my 5 basically shut down after only one year. Now I can't seem to get free premium. I have tried cancelling and re subscribing but nothing. Any thoughts?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with the free Fitbit Premium Trial of your recently purchased Charge 6. Thanks for having tried getting this fixed by yourself.
As you've bought a new device, in my opinion you should be able to get 6 months Fitbit Premium for free again, as it is part of the package. To clarify the matter, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support on that:
