How do I set up my new Fitbit charge 6 and not remove why wife’s Fitbit charge 6

Thank you for sharing with me your current situation, let me tell you that you have to have your devices paired to a different account since you can not have more than one connected, for more tips about set up I can recommend you the following article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hello @3449M 

Your wife needs to set up Fitbit on her phone or tablet and move her account to that device. You can only have 1 account and 1 device connected to the Fitbit app.
