Charge 6 Short Battery Life

I brought a Charge 6 at the beginning of December. It worked for about a day but despite being on full charge it just died on me. Did a forced restart using the button on the charger, nothing happened  so left it on the side and suddenly it came back to life. But the same this happened the next day and the restart didn't work this time so I took it back for an exchange. Got my new one yesterday, and when I woke this morning it had done the same thing and it's not responding at all to a forced restart. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I've been using Fitbit watches for about 10 years and I've never had this problem before.

My son just opened one yesterday for Christmas and the same thing is happening with his charge 6

My charge 6 worked for 2 months and today died. I called support and did the "three click reset" and an update. Worked fine for 4 hours and now it's totally dead. Nothing. Fortunately I am within my return window with Amazon so it's going back. I ordered the Sense 2 as a replacement for $100 more but if it works I don't mind paying. I had a Charge 2 for 6 1/2 years never had an issue. My son uses it now still going strong! I should have kept it 😞

It is scary to read all these negative experiences. I bought mine in late November and for now have not had any issues, and I am actually pleased with it for the most part. I hope it stays that way. But again, having read so many bad experiences about it recently I am starting to wonder when will it happen to me. And if it fails, hopefully still within warranty, I will just request a replacement and then sell it right the way and never look back. 😄

I'm returning this one to Amazon and getting the Sense 2. My advice would be dump the Charge 6 now and get something different while it's still under warranty. I asked my son if I can have my Charge 2 back and he said, no! 😆 Don't really blame him it's a sweet little device! Had the Charge 2 since July 2017 never had a problem and still going strong. Sent from my Galaxy

Hi! I just got mine and it won’t turn on! I think this product is a joke! And for the money you’d think it would work beautifully! I didn’t even get to play with it just charged it n it went on and now it’s black what a crock 😞
