Aside from a few exceptions, my Fitbit Charge 6 does not automatically recognize sleep start time, and even when it does, it is usually 2-3 hours later than my actual bedtime. On the Today screen (Android Fitbit app) there is a box with a + in the middle. It gives options for either Track Live or Manually Log. Under Track Live there is an option for Start Sleep. If I use this option at bedtime, and then stop it when awake the next morning, does it generate the same statistics as when the Fitbit does all of this automatically? If not, how is the Track Live different from the Manually Log?
Also, how can you factory reset the Fitbit Charge 6? The only procedure I could find involves connecting the Fitbit watch to the charger (plugged into USB port on laptop), and then select and hold for at least a second the button on the charger plug three times. That takes me to the Fitbit logo. After that I should see instructions on how to factory reset, but I've never been able to get beyond the Fitbit logo.
I'd appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks, and have a great week.

You can reset your Charge 6 by scrolling up to settings, then scroll all the way down in that window and the last option is to restart your watch. It doesn't have to be plugged in. I just did it with the tracker on my wrist.

Hello @jryko
The instructions that @Hdsuziq is the other way to restart your Charge 6. This is not a factory reset.
To do a factory reset for a Fitbit device, you need to use the Erase User Data option. This will remove all the data in the Fitbit. This page has the instructions for doing a "factory reset" for the Charge 6 (<-- click link). Make sure to do a sync before you start the Erase User Data process so that you don't lose any tracked data.

Mine is often off - I've had it show me awake for up to 2 hours in the middle of the night, when I KNOW I was asleep! It will also, on occasion, do what yours does and has me starting sleep a couple of hours later than when I actually went to sleep. Without the PC dashboard, it's a pain in the patoot to try to edit!
