Charge 6 - Sleep and readiness score data missing recently

Fitbit not showing sleep times or readiness for the last 6 days. Step count has never been accurate in the 4 months I've worn it.

Hello @Jackie75min , @fea.moonchild

Please let us know what troubleshooting steps that you've tried already so that we don't suggest those.

Are either of you having any issues with heart rate tracking as well? Do you see a green light on the back of your device? The green light is the optical heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep tracking.

If you're not getting any sleep data, that will impact both Daily Readiness and Cardio Load.

Hi, Haven't tried any troubleshooting - not very good with IT. Yes there is
a green light on back.
Thanks

Mine fixed itself yesterday at some point, both cardio load and sleep are now showing up again. Also the history for missing days came back. The heart rate was working normally all week.

Not sure what fixed it, I did restart phone and fitbit at one point, but that didn't help at the time, it only started working later on.

Hello @Jackie75min

Thanks for letting us know that you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps yet. This help page (<-- click) has the recommended troubleshooting to try. Another tip to try is wearing your Charge 6 on the inside of your wrist. Some users found wearing their Fitbit on the inside of their wrist gave them sleep tracking.

Just to clarify, you used to get sleep tracking data & a Daily Readiness score but haven't gotten it lately. Is that correct?

Hello @fea.moonchild

Thanks for letting us know that you're getting your sleep data & cardio load stats again as well as your historical data. It's very likely that restarting your Fitbit and phone was the right combination.
