Hi @SGKowalWelcome to  the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the syncing issues you are experiencing with your Charge 6 and your mobile. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already provided.

In order to better understant the issue you are experiencing, tell me what happen when you launch the syncing process throught the Fitbit app. For reference, see our help article How do Fitbit devices sync their data? > How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

In addition, i recommend that you take a look at our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and see if you can try something else from those steps suggested.

Why won’t FitBit fix the staying connected with iPhone issue that has been going on for a long time.  I thought it had been corrected when I first got my Charge 6 last year, now only a year later, boom, same problem.  I am tired of having to do all the little turn off Bluetooth, restart FitBit every day.  I was thinking about moving to a Pixel Watch a few months ago, but if this is the way Google handles FitBit problems, why would I move to a more expensive Google product and end up with the same “never fix problem” issue in a year or so?  I won’t.   Please help FitBit- I’ve been with FitBit so very long, and am sad to have this problem when FitBit was THE BEST of all the trackers.

Hello @Rhonda777

Sorry to see all the problems you're having keeping your Charge 6 connected to your iPhone.

I see that you mention considering a Pixel Watch. If you are an iOS user, please be aware that you would have to get an Android phone to work with the Pixel Watch. The Pixel phones are typically the better choices. There are Pixel Watch features that are currently only available with a Pixel phone.

By any chance, have you tried disconnecting your Charge 6 from your Fitbit app, then adding it back as a new device? I've seen some users report that has worked to improve their connectivity to the app on their phones.
