Charge 6 - Sleep tracking inaccurate

Lousy sleep tracking for past 10 days/2 weeks-   fitbit bas obviously screwed up the  app. MANY COMPLAINTS OVER SAME ISSUE!  is fitbit trying to go out of business?

I'm sorry to know you are finding some inaccuracies in regards the seep tracking with your Charge 6. Let me help you find out the reason.

If you received a sleep log, but it only includes your sleep pattern, you can check out our help article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? > Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?

If you didn't receive any log at all, make sure your Fitbit app is up to date. See How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app? for instructions.

This is not the problem. The problem is the readings we get are suddenly worse, or different. In my case the app is showing me awake for twice as long as it was showing for the last five years, or more, since late June sometime.

Same with me- awake hours are very different- MUCH longer- and sleep
scores only shown for about half the days/nights I have been using FITBIT
for 7 years without the recent issues!!!
