How do I sync my Charge 6 with my phone?? it never autosyncs, and I just got it a few days ago, so I don't know anything about it. I did the usual manual sync, but since this morning, it keeps loading endlessly when I'm syncing it. Is there anyway to turn on autosync??

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the syncing process of your Charge 6. 

Data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. To verify that your phone is compatible with the Fitbit app, visit fitbit.com/devices.
