When will I get the new device update 220 it has been almost a month and have not received it yet
Best AnswerHello @DDTimm
Sorry to see that you're having problems syncing your Charge 6 to the Fitbit app on your phone.
Have you tried turning off both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then turning them back on? When I'm having problems syncing my device with the app, this method has worked for me.
Out of curiosity, what phone are you using?

Waiting for new update for charge 6 version 220 maybe it will start working right then
Hello @DDTimm
One user mentioned that they were able to get their Fitbit and phone to sync more consistently when they disconnected their Fitbit from the app, then set it up like a new device. They said that Support walked them through the process and they no longer have syncing problems.

When I see on the app my Charge 6 has been unable to sync for more than a day, restarting my android phone has fixed it every single time. Restart phone and then start up fitbit app. The app will show 'synced just now' with all info updated.

Best AnswerIt only happens to me every couple of weeks. If it's much more frequent for you, then you can have your phone auto-restart on a schedule so you don't even have to think about it. I don't know if it's only a Samsung option, but it's under the Device Care menu.
