I have a charge 6 that is just over 12 months old and since I did the update beginning of May my phone hasn’t sync in the app, it has lost Bluetooth and I can’t see, to get it to reset.
I have forgotten the watch in Bluetooth and tried to repair - couldn’t find it
I have deleted the app and tried to start again - it can’t locate the phone even when it is charging and next to it
I have tried to factory reset my phone and that’s not working
I seem to have a battery with a power flash that keeps appearing at the top of my phone which I have read means it is not connect to my phone
All was fine until I did the system update now I have a watch that no longer works, along with 3 sports straps that I have bought and it’s only 13 months old
This is the 3rd watch I’ve had … hoping for some ideas so it can be fixed and I don’t have to bite the bullet and go to a chunky Apple Watch

Hi @Shellbell76, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Let me help you with the syncing issues you are experiencing with you Charge 6 after the latest update. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried prior posting on the community.
Some of the steps you mentioned you have tried, are listed in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
This being said, i would like you to check the whole list and try those steps you migth have not tried yet. I appreciate your time in this process.

I have done everything from your list. I have the same issue as the previous author.
After the last update, my battery life shortened to 3-4 hours, but the tracker continued to work well. The next day, I saw the new update and updated it. After the second update, the battery started working more efficiently, but the display began to blink. The next morning I woke up and saw my tracker had died. I checked it and I saw the next update on my Fitbit. I updated it for the third time, and the display started blinking and working with a pause; sometimes, it would not respond to any touch. I troubleshoot in all possible ways. Please ask to fix the update. It is not the tracker, it is the update that ruins the work of Charge 6. By the way, the customer support offered me a 35% discount to buy a new one. I am sorry, it is a little bit of a one-year-old tracker. My first one, from 2013, worked for five years. I hoped for the quality of Fitbit, not the situation that I have right now
