Since the latest app update numerous areas are missing the goal tracking over the section, such as sleep, steps, active zone minutes. The semi-circle used to be filled with color showing how close to your goal you were or past your goal you were. Now, nothing is filling the circle.

Hi @Mcrev and welcome back to the forums.
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that since the last update, numerous areas are missing on your Fitbit app.
Could you please confirm if you are seeing the same issue explained here ? Day/Week/month/Year steps won’t update.
I understand your feelings about this situation, and this is definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
If it is indeed the same problem, you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to fix the issue. It's worth a try.
There should be no loss of information as long as you sync your device beforehand.

I am not having the same issue. My data is showing (except for Hourly activity, it is completely blank) however the arc or horseshoe shaped design over or next to each category that used to fill in with color (mine happens to be purple) which shows your progress is no longer working in 8 out of the 15 categories that have one. Also, the app freezes up on occasion where I can't scroll or access any of the categories. I have to force quit the app and restart it.

I'm missing much of this as well. As a long time user of Fitbit (over 10 years) I am wondering what the heck is going on with their development team. Seems like they have really dropped the ball lately. Data graphs are less detailed now and there is no option to revert back. Fitbit team - the decline in service is apparent, what is going on? Too many DEI hires that are driving your users to leave for other products? Fitbit was historically getting better each year, but the last year they've lost their touch. I hope they can turn things around soon.

I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it, this fixed the problems I was experiencing. Funny thing is, the CS rep on the phone, didn't advise this and said it was a platform change. Miscommunication perhaps. Fitbit is back in my good books, for now. Although the health metrics reports are suboptimal since they removed the ability to look at historical data from a 1 month or 3 month view. Please bring this feature back!!! Why did you remove that?

I also found success by removing the app and then reinstalling it. We shouldn't have to do that though. Fitbit, test your updates better so this doesn't happen.
