Is anyone else having problems this morning, after last night's "fix" I've woken this morning, app will not sync, the charge 6 will not connect to Bluetooth either.
There doesn't seem to be any official updates since Fitbit said it's fixed... It's not 😔

Let me help you with the syncing issues you were experiencing last thursday.
Thanks for the report. The outage was indeed general but currently resolved. Were you able to sync your device then? Let us know if you're still having trouble.

Are you still having problems syncing your Charge 6 with the app on your phone? If so, are you an Android or iOS user and what phone do you have?

I have done everything suggested, and my watch is still not syncing to my phone. It was working until 3 days ago.
I have an iphone, and have installed all of the updates.
I removed the app and started over, but it is still not synching. I have tried everything suggested, and am now about to go back to using an Apple Watch.
Same here - it has not synced since Friday, Feb. 20.

I have not tried the Factory reset yet - do not know how to do that. Please tell me how to do a factory reset.
