Charge 6 - Syncing issues

Is anyone else having problems this morning, after last night's "fix" I've woken this morning, app  will not sync, the charge 6 will not connect to Bluetooth either. 

There doesn't seem to be any official updates since Fitbit said it's fixed... It's not 😔

Hi, all sorted I removed the app and started it all again... Everything is
now working properly..

Let me help you with the syncing issues you were experiencing last thursday.

Thanks for the report. The outage was indeed general but currently resolved. Were you able to sync your device then? Let us know if you're still having trouble.

Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I've tried all the recommendations and my fitbit is not syncing.

Hello @Naranga 

Are you still having problems syncing your Charge 6 with the app on your phone? If so, are you an Android or iOS user and what phone do you have?

Hello.  I continued to have problems after trying all the recommendations.  Out of frustration,  I used the factory reset.  This allowed me to move forward with the exception of the three days that the unit was not not syncing with my android phone...

Thank you for letting us know that you were able to get your Charge 5 to sync with the app after doing a factory data reset.
