Charge 6 - Syncing issues

It will not sync with app as of today.  I did restart by pressing button on side three times.  Nothing restarted 

I shut phone off

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not syncing. Thank you for letting me know the steps you already tried. 

Please check the requirements below on your mobile phone and watch, as they are essential for synchronization:

  • 1- Your phone has the latest version of the Fitbit application installed.
  • 2-Your phone has a data connection or Wi-Fi connection.
  • 3- Your phone software is up to date.
  • 4- The Bluetooth of your phone is activated.
  • 5- Your phone is not receiving other Bluetooth signals. (speakers, headphones)
  • 6- If you use more than one device to synchronize, make sure that only the one you want to synchronize is nearby.
  • 7- You do not have available updates on your app or Fitbit device.
  • 8- The Fitbit application is authorized to run in the background on your phone.
  • 9- Battery saving mode is disabled on your mobile.

Once the above is verified, please follow the steps below. I understand that you may have already tried some of them; however, it is important to do them in the order below:

  • 1- Force close the Fitbit app.
  • 2- Go to Settings of your mobile> Bluetooth, deactivate Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds and activate it again.
  • 3- Try to sync.
  • 4- Restart your phone. (Turn it off and on again)
  • 5- Restart your FitBit  How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • 6- Try syncing again.

It worked with tuning Bluetooth off and on and resetting on Fitbit

I have the same issues. New charge 6 will not show WhatsApp in app notification even after doing all the steps required - also will not upload any activities to Strava. 
I have disconnected, restarted, force closed, uninstalled, reinstalled all apps. My device and my phone multiple times and followed all of your suggestions. Nothing works.
