Charge 6 - Syncing issues

Is anyone else having trouble syncing there fitbit to there phone and app because mine lost connection 3 days ago and I'm out of ideas and running low on patents considering I'm paying 7,99 a month

I have noticed that lately it seems to take longer for my device to sync to the app. And, I've had more failed to sync occurrences, as well. 

This help page (<-- click) has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try when you're having trouble syncing to the app. 

What works for me is to turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then turn them back on. 

Also, there was a widespread outage earlier this month (10 & 12 Jun 2025). I can't help but wonder if there's still a residual issue from those outages that hasn't been completely resolved.

Yes , thought I had sorted it out yesterday after trying everything I've done in the past and reading the tips etc but today I just went to look at something and it won't synch , recorded no sleep whatsoever and my cardio load is zero which just can't possibly be true when my active minutes are 30.

Can't even remember what worked for yesterday, I think I deleted the app and reloaded it.

Just had an update on my phone for the system and it's all done and restarted phone.  My watch and app have now been doing ok, no problems.
