How can I find my tracker if list and out of Bluetooth reach?
No idea how the bracelet came undone — that shouldn’t really happen, right?

@svenersch
Unfortunately, if you're out of range, there's nothing that can be done to find your device.
If you have an Android device, there are apps that can help locate the tracker if it has power and is within range, not sure if IOS has a similar spp.

Hello @svenersch
This help page (<-- click} has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try for a lost Fitbit device, including suggestions for Bluetooth locator apps for both Android & iOS users.
You will need to be within Bluetooth range (about 30 feet) and your Fitbit needs to still have a charge in order to use the Bluetooth location app.
