I recently bought a charge 6 and trying to set it up it wouldn't work unless I used a google account so I was forced to change my email and password to google which I did not want to do. I used to be able to see all my stats on a laptop by simply logging in. I can no longer do that it says to look at the app. I have bad vision and can't see the screen well. Is it true all of the data is gone from the website in a browser? This is super inconvenient and annoying that I can no longer use a laptop to view stats, etc, unless I'm missing something?

Hello @peggy8080
If you have a tablet with Android OS 9 or higher or an iPad with iOS 15 or higher, you should be able to install the Fitbit app on the tablet and see your stats that way.

You could use an emulator on your desktop... I tried BlueStacks and it worked pretty well. go to their website and download the BlueStacks App Player, and then search Fitbit on the app. You then access your fitbit account through Google of course, and display what you see on your phone usually ... on your PC.
That sucks!!! I used to be able to enter my food on line now it is only on the phone app. I am going to trash my fitbit and go to another device. Why would you do this without checking with your users. Hope your business fails because of this!!!
Is this still an issue? My phone is broken, so I can't access any of my fitbit data that isn't automatically shown on my watch.

Sorry to say that the on-line Fitbit dashboard was retired in 2024. If you have a tablet, you could download the app on that device and get your tracked data.

I have a Chromebook. Chromebooks can run Android apps. I down loaded the Fitbit App. I can now see the phone screens on my big Chromebook screen.
There is a hitch though. My Chromebook does not have Bluetooth. I have to make sure to sync my Charge 6 with my phone to get the servers at Google up to date. The Fitbit app on my Chromebook shows the latest values from the Google servers. It will also complain that it can't connect to your watch but it still works.
