Think twice if your planning on using the heartrate monitor for walking or running. Mine reads 30- 40 beats too fast when doing those activities. It is still under the one-year warranty so I called Fitbit and they walked me through a couple fixes. It still doesn't work right. After several more calls and tries at fixing it they gave up and told me to wait for an email. They sent me an email saying the watch is "normal". For a normal watch, they sure spent a lot of time trying to fix it over the phone with me. I can't believe a company would so blatantly refuse to honor their warranty. A fitness watch that can't give you your heartrate? It's basic.
