Recently my Charge 6 on lasted firmware will vibrate and state “update applied”.. This happens on and off and in bunches. What does this mean?

Hello @dan3458585! It’s nice to see you around!
Sometimes, when the app updates automatically, this message may appear. Please try restarting your watch and your phone as well.

Yes, I did hard restart on iPhone and restarted Charge 6 but Update Complete keeps happening when I try to manually sync for latest stats. Premium user.

I should add the Update Complete message seems to be triggered when sync’ing to get sleep score after sleep.

So no solution to this issue? I am on charge 6 20001.220.31 as verified on device and in app.

I connected Charge 6 to charger and sync'd about ten times manually over an hour or so. This seems to have fixed the Update Complete message on manual sync problem.

Hello @dan3458585
By any chance, have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone?

Hello @dan3458585
Thanks for confirming that you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the app without success.
Although I'm not sure that this will work, the only other thing that I can think of is try adding your Charge 6 to the Fitbit app as if it was a new device. Sometimes, adding the Fitbit device as if it was new can get rid of an existing bug. When you click add new device and select Charge 6, the app will ask if you want to replace your current Charge 6. Tap Yes and proceed with the setup.

Forgot FB6 and added again. It then worked well for a few days but then problem came back. Sigh!

Did a DISCONNECT in iOS Fitbit App. Then reconnected and works sync’ing works again. Also charging didn’t work this time. Keeping fingers crossed.
