Hi, I just got my fitbit charge a week ago. Everything is working fine except for the notifications. I only receive sms and calls notifs, other than that e.g whatsapp, messenger or other notifs possible, unable to receive. I have tried all the trouble shooting i can find online. I contacted support center, since the app notifications in fitbit is empty as seen in the attached photo. They said they were aware of the issue, today there was an update but looks like it did not solve the problem. Can someone enlighten me please

I have tried many times to restart, disconnect and connect the devices. all notifications has been allowed and always showing but did not solve the issue.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue with my new fitbit charge 6, do we know when this will be resolved?

I can only get my notifications to work on my new Charge 6 if I set my iPhone’s language to English US. As you can imagine this affects everything else I use my phone for. You say this is a known issue but as far as I can tell it’s been like this a long time and nothing has been done, ready to send it back
