Charge 6 accuracy

Charge 6 is worst fitbit tracker ive ever used. Had at least 4 previous versions. Doesnt track anything accurately. Im done with Firbit’

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not tracking your health metrics as expected.

Have you already tried to restart your Charge 6? Here are the instructions on how to restart it manually:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Can you please check if your tracker needs a firmware update and if you can update the Fitbit app?
