I have used fitbits for years and now use a charge 6. Anyone get how the active minutes now work? I get about 60 to 75 active zone minutes every day but it only gives me like 10 active minutes above. I thought active minutes were anything over 10 minutes of activity. I get that I usually do a short workout in the morning that may not count, but I do an hour-plus hike or something else every day.
What exactly is it measuring? It is making me look like a couch potato, when down below it shows a 60 to 90 minute hike showing much of it in higher intensity zones.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Where are you seeing "Active Minutes" as opposed to "Active Zone Minutes"?

If your 'active minutes' has 3 arrows stuck together pointing northeast, that is actually 'active zone minutes'.

One is specifically "active" minutes and one is active zone minutes, but with consistently different measures. My take is the charge 6 is not a good product and produces random results. I read the help doc before and I should have active minutes for any activity over 10 minutes in length. It's not working. Thanks for your efforts, though.

Apparently it is not just my active minutes that are not working, the distance is not accurate and the steps are off. Pretty much not working since the fitbit app stopped working. Is no one else experieincing this? My 4 month old charge 6 is totally useless at this point, data is almost random. Oh well. I've had fitbits for years but it appears the product is being slowly abandoned by google.
