Can someone help me figure out what's happening here? Do these graphs look normal to you? It seems like the peaks in the oxygen variation graph show low oxygen levels, right? Am I waking up because of the low oxygen, or does the low oxygen come after I'm already awake in bed? Could my position while awake be causing this low oxygen? Also, is it normal to go straight into REM sleep from being awake, then wake up again a few minutes later, and then go into light sleep?

Hi, Jumping in here to ask what the x and y axis are on the estimated oxygen variation graph. I shared info with my medical provider and they said we need to know these are to read the graph. I've searched this site and the only answer is that the chart shows high and low, which is meaningless without the context of how the chart is structured.
I hope you can provide clarity!
