Charge 6 almost all sync data incorrect

I recently bought my Fitbit in December last year (iPhone user). Since then it’s been nothing but issues with data sync between the device and app. All my sleep data is wrong. I woke up at 6am this morning and it said I did at 11:30. Workout data is wrong as well. The times and zones are wildly inaccurate when it’s synced to the app. It’s not a one-off. These happen every day. I don’t know if it’s a Google/Apple issue but this device is by far the worst fitness tracker I’ve ever used.

I'm wondering if something in your time & location settings got messed up. Please check out this help page (<-- click) for instructions on how to check/correct the location & time zone settings.

It was locked into one specific time zone regardless of my phone’s settings. Apparently, even though the device lists all time zones, only a few are actually supported. I had to find one closest to mine. After fixing this though other sync errors started until finally this morning it seems to have started operating normally.
