Charge 6 & Google Wallet problem

When I received my new Charge 6, I set up contactless pay thru the fitbit with my Chase card.  NO problems...everything worked great.  Then I lost that card and received a new card from the bank.  Now the fitbit won't except my new card.  I keep getting an error that says "card couln't be added...contact the issuer".  Which I did.  The bank says there are no issues on their end.  I contacted google thru a chat.  After an infuriating hour talking to a chat bot, I was told the bank needed to delete a virtual token. Called the bank back...they insist there isn't any issue on their end.  Called Fitbit customer support.  They have no idea.

This wouldn't be a big deal except that the first card I put in worked just fine.  NO problems at all.  Same fitbit, same bank, just a different card number.  Anyone have any thoughts?

This is my exact experience yet Fitbit continues to tell me it's on my bank. It's bring infuriating when the people that work for your company have no clue what's issues are at hand. This is not on the consumer or the banks, it's absolutely Fitbit and the refuse and unveiling to be bothered to fix this, yet they advertise this as a feature.
