Charge 6 and Charge 3 - No stress management score

Same here and it's getting old. Seems like its one thing after another.  Every Wednesday at noon I by device quits showing exercise days and I have to go though the same process every week to have them show up.

Same here. Just replaced yet another fitbit device last week (charge 6 was still working but no screen, so got another one). No stress management score and like the prior Charge 6 i had, it will not track my mindful days.

The last time mine worked was July 17th.

• the mindful days quit working - about to remove from it from my profile

• the hourly activity doesn't show up either (until I click on it and it works in the back gound.

So many issues lately it might time to switch to a new watch or tracker to get better information. it seems the product line has decreased functionality since it was sold to Google.

I’m still not getting a stress management score. I’m using a Fitbit charge 6.

No score since July 17. From my perspective this problem has never been fixed. It has always been intermittent.

Update on July 24. Happy to say I received a stress management score today. Hope it continues to show up!

This is about my 5th fitbit and I reluctantly got a new one but was not ready to pull the trigger on the oura ring. It wasn't keeping track of my mindfulness on the old one nor was it notifying me every hour if I didn't get my steps in. It's a shame because I really like the statistics etc. I did buy a two year warranty this time..

Is anyone missing their Stress Management score since the last app update? I had an iPhone app update to  version 4.47 on Jul 17th and co-incidentally, scores stopped showing from July 18th onwards. Still not showing 5 days later…..?

I am Android user on a Samsung Phone and my stress management score also stopped on July 18th. I restarted my Charge 5 multiple times, rebooted the phone multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit App. It is still not working. So this is not an I phone specific problem it is Fitbit related.

I agree. I still have no stress management score and I’ve also lost the spo2 reading again today.

Thank you. However, are you doing anything about the missing spo2 %? This seems to come and go. When i don't get a reading it says I need the app. I don't know what has changed.

Regarding the SpO2 situation, I inform you that it has also been escalated to our team and is also being analyzed to find the best solution as soon as possible.

However, I ask for the support of the entire community in the sense of focusing this discussion thread on stress score management, since SpO2 has its own threads, and all of the above will help us maintain order in the topics discussed.

Apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused and stay tuned as I'll be posting any news I have about stress score management.

Google, please fix this. 

I had so many things not working in the app the last couple of years, I got sick of being told it was because I was using a 'legacy device' (Charge 2) that was no longer supported. So I caved in and bought a brand new Charge 6 despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with my Charge 2 (apparently we live in a disposable society!) and still things don't work?!!! 

Last stress management score 17th July.
