Charge 6 and Charge 3 - No stress management score

I want to inform you that I've moved your posts to this thread, since we will be posting here some news about the evolution of the issue concerning the stress management score.

As you may know, this issue has already been escalated to our team, who are investigating it to find a solution as soon as possible.

No stress management score since 17 July. Same as many others. Why am I paying Fitbit Premium for a service that I’m not receiving? Also not consistently tracking Mindfulness sessions. I was very disappointed when you removed 15 Minutes of Peace by Aaptiv from the mindfulness menu too - it seems that Premium is offering less and less to customers. It takes time to log complaints so rather than improving life, it’s adding to aggravations.

I had a very similar experience with a benign post being removed, apparently because it commented on the moderation practices (closing threads, directing commenters to other threads).  Moderation practices are apparently not something we are allowed to comment on. 

Still no stress management score today.

Same, I lost stress management score again July 18 on my Versa. I can’t enter sleep schedule. Fitbit purchase by Google has resulted in poor tech updates and support.

Thank you for your feedback, your patience and understanding in regards this recent issue about the missing stress management.

I've just been informed that this issue has already been fixed and you should be able to see your stress management as you all usually do in the Fitbit app. This fix will take place between today and tomorrow. No app update is needed.

Sorry to say my Stress Management score has disappeared again this morning 7/25/25, after one day of success yesterday. 😕

7/26/25 . . . and score appeared today.

Charge 6, Pixel 7, Android 16
