Charge 6 - anyone else disappointed? Can I return it?

I recently purchased a Charge 6. It is extremely disappointing. It’s inaccurate, functions don’t work and the app has too much useless information.

Tonight after a 40 min stretch the charge 6 registered 1,945 calories!!! What? And there isn’t a way to manually fix it. 

Separately, I’ve given up on using the wallet or music functions. The wallet doesn’t work and the YouTube music is more trouble than it’s worth.

I bought it more than 45 days ago. I wanted it to work. I miss the old Fitbits. Does anyone know if I can return it?

Hi @JholeCo when you buy directly from Fitbit, the return window is 45 days. After that time period has passed, you need to work with customer service to get it going or to get a replacement, if indicated. If you got the Fitbit from any other retailer, you'd need to check their time frame for returns.

I have had the same issues with the Charge 6.  I so regret purchasing this watch. I had an Apple Watch prior to this and there is no comparison. I’m going back to Apple.
