Auto-sync is causing my hearing aids to stop streaming. To test this, I left my charge 6 at home while doing a 30 minute stroll. My hearing aids did not stop streaming once during this walk, although they normally stop every 10 to 15 minutes when I am wearing my fitbit Charge 6. Is there no way to stop the auto-sync?

Welcome to the forums, @Henry0719.
Thanks for posting your situation when using your hearing aids and the syncing of you Charge 6.
I understand what you're saying, before I can give you any kind of suggestion, can you confirm the model and the system version of your cellphone, please? This will help me further investigate on this.

1) I cannot reply to the email you sent. My profile was transferred when I upgraded to the fitbit 6, and reply by gmail is rejected on the fitbit site.
2) I have a Samsung Galgaxy S21 with Android version 14 and One UI version 6.

Did you have a Fitbit device before the Charge 6, was your streaming affected, when the tracker synced?

Update: I upgraded my phone to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus. The issue is diminished greatly after adding my hearing aid app to the settings to keep open. I still must keep the phone at a level above the Charge 6 either in a pocket on my jacket, or an arm sling to keep the issue from occurring at all.
