I just bought a charge 6 from the black Friday deals, but the bands by the charger don't seem to attach. The one with the clip seems to attach fine though. Am I doing something wrong or did I just get a defective device? If I have to get a replacement or like file a claim, who should I go to: Walmart or Google?

Hello @Protobeans
If you're still within the return/exchange window, you should be able to return the Charge 6 to Walmart and get a replacement. Let them know that the watch band attachment is defective and the band won't stay attached. This is probably faster than contacting Support for a replacement.
You might consider asking the Walmart assistant if you can check the band attachment on the replacement before you accept it. If they agree, you know you'll have a good device before leaving the store.
