ECG deleted when WiFi enabled (UK)

I struggled to get the ECG app installed (it didn't show on the Charge 6 or in app) for about 2 hours yesterday. I stumbled across the fix, which was to turn off WiFi on my phone - suddenly the app was available on both. However, if I turn my phone WiFi on again, the app disappears.

I live in England, so no issue there. My location is set to UK. My ISP is based in Northern Ireland, and data is routed there before going onto the greater internet.

This needs to be fixed - I can't keep switching off my WiFi and installing the app every time I want to take an ECG
