Charge 6 battery and button difficulties

After dealing with my Circle-X issue, I am now experiencing the following:
1) VERY bad battery life.  On the order of 6 hours and its dead.
2) The side button does not do anything at all, no response.

I have exactly the same issues - all started after an 'update' a few weeks ago.

My Charge 6 won't restart either ....

@Jakki13 it doesn't restart with the restart in the watche's settings?
