My charge 6 battery is getting drained from 100 to 0% in 1 hour. I am trying to raise a ticket but it always says please try during working hours. I am from India and within my warranty as of today so please mention the steps to get a replacement or repair of the current fitbit charge 6

I've just got my charge 6 five days ago and the battery is going awesome. It's about 10% a day, if I use it more it can be up to 15% a day. I wanna ask how long have you had your charge 6.
