I have been using the Fitbit model- Charge 6 since June 2024 . About a month ago, when I put it to charge, the battery wasn't working. No matter how many methods I tried, the fitbit watch refuses to get charged and has completely blacked out. Inspite of trying the method of "Any Issues" as printed in the pamphlet and browsing through community topics, it is not working anymore. It is still under warranty but I'm not able to get in touch with customer care either. The watch is completely blacked out.

I bought my charge last May. I went to charge it and do the latest update. But my screen is black and will not work. I went through the chat and tried everything they said, but nothing is helping. I know these are really good for two years before the batteries die and you have to buy a new one, but this hasn’t even been a full year yet. They told me I have to mail it in to have it looked at. I told myself a year ago. This would be the last fit that I purchased and I would just invest in something better. That pair is better with my iphone. It’s so frustrating!
