Hi, I followed suggestions and then disconnected from app and Bluetooth and then tried to reconnect but as blank screen, can’t see 4 digit code I need to continue. Charge 6 will be 1 year old on 26th July. Bought from Curry’s - can I take it back to them to get a replacement? Thank you. Helen 😢

If Curry has a return policy for a device that almost a year old, then you can try that route.
The other option is to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompts and skip the Resources part to get the option to chat or call. Support should let you know what are your options under warranty. Please don't wait since you're so close to your 1 year activation date.
