Charge 6 can not set up

Charge 5 totally died a couple weeks ago.  I ordered a charge 6 and it won't set up.  What a waste of money!  I liked my charge 5 but I'm 70 years old and need something simple to use.  Waste of my time and money.  Very disappointed.

Please, if you haven't done this procedure yet, try to do it as suggested here:

  1. Fully charge your tracker.
  2. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 6
  3. Force close the Fitbit App on your phone.
  4. Forget every Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  5. Turn off the Bluetooth, and then turn it back on.
  6. Retry the Charge 6 Setup process.

Had the same problem. I bought the Charge 6 for heart rate and steps, and it works fine for that. I uninstalled the Fitbit app and it's done wonders for my blood pressure.
