Charge 6 can't change watch faces/apps.

the two bottons of "watch"(Esferas del Reloj) and "apps" do not work. every time you try to click the whole app turn white. if someone could help. appreciated. so you cannot change the settings of your watch. already tried re start cellphone, re install the app, the watch is at 100% battery. bluetooth conected and desconected and still the same issue. we bought several watches for the family and each member has the same issue with his individual watch- cellphone. we already create a request

As a next step, could you please double-check that you are only logged into the Fitbit app on one device at a time? Sometimes having the app active on multiple phones or tablets can cause syncing issues. If you’re signed in elsewhere, please sign out, and then try changing the clock face again.
