I've set up notifications for all the apps I want apart from Messenger where it doesn't appear in the list of apps! Any ideas what I can do to resolve this, everything else works fine, although interestingly I can't see WhatsApp either, but had already set up notifications for that and it still seems to be working ok. Thanks

I appreciate your message regarding the app notifications list not appearing in your Fitbit app. Do you happen to have your app on an iOS phone?
This issue is currently investigated by our team, and they are looking for a solution for it.
If the list of notifications does not appear, there is a workaround shared by a few users that might work.
It involves changing the language on your iPhone to "English (United States)," returning to your Fitbit app (the list should then be visible), configuring the notifications for those other apps, syncing your device, and then going back to your iPhone to switch your language back.
