Charge 6 cannot connect

Cannot connect to my Fold 6, or update, or move my account to Google.  Will not recognize my phone. I've done EVERYTHING suggested

Hi @Amazongeek.  You wrote that you cannot move your account to a Google account.  This is the first step.  You must have a Google account to setup a Charge 6.  Please describe, in detail, what happens when you try to move to a Google account.
