I bought Charge 6 in the US last month and downloaded Fitbit App at IOS APP store in the US. Now I am back to China and found that Charge 6 cannot synch to the Fitbit app. The app open is extremely slow such as a white screen for 20 sec. Then I tried to update the app, but it showed an error in about 1 minute. I tried to update the Charge 6 software, which shows it cannot connect. Now the charge 6 is still showing the US time and all the app shows the data when I was in the US.
The Fitbit app in China's Apple store is still the old version. Cannot use for Charge 6.
How could I use this charge 6? Please help T_T
