Manual indicates to go to 'Today-device icon- Charge 6- Gallery-Clocks' I am not seeing 'Gallery' anywhere. Did a search and conflicting information: there is only the one face, there are 3 faces, there are 20+ faces. What is correct? Would really love to ditch the ugly one that is the default.

Best AnswerThere are 29 faces. Not sure what to tell you if you don't see 'Gallery', though. The path you described - Today > device icon (should look like a phone & watch with the battery %) > Charge 6 - should bring you to a page that shows the device info (last sync, firmware version, and battery) with a grid below it that has Gallery, Google Wallet, How To Use, Google Maps, YouTube Music, and HR on Equipment, and more settings below that:

Thank you! You’re explanation took me right to where I needed to go to change my clock face settings!
Best AnswerI just want to clarify for us that are a little slow;
To change the clock face on charge 6, first open Fitbit app. Next, look up to the Left upper corner of screen that shows your devices battery amount, ex: 96%. - touch that to open. It will show you a list of devices connected. Click on charge 6. That will bring up little boxes. Click on "gallery". That will show you what you currently have a a clock face. Click the current clock face (btw- directly under that it will say "my apps". When that screen opens up click on " see all details". Then, scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see three options for clock faces. I found other's available faces, but it took me playing around in that area to open up a greater variety.
It's REALLY stupid to go through all those steps just to change a clock face. Needs to be more direct to get that place. I'm wondering if there's an outside app to get more of a variety.
My Charge 6 doesn't even show up on the devices connected and I know it is. Any other options?

I would suggest clearing the data for the Fitbit app on your phone. I usually do a force stop after that, then open the app. Since this process deletes the app data, you will need to log back in. Then, try to set up your Charge 6 as if it was a new device. This should get the app to show your Charge 6 as a Connected device.
